Construction began in January 2025 and was successfully completed in March 2025. The tower was designed to improve water storage and supply reliability within the development.
Before the project, Tulivu Garden faced insufficient and inconsistent water storage capacity, which affected daily water availability for residents and ongoing development activities. The existing infrastructure could not support the increasing demand of the growing residential community.
