PROPOSED REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF ROOF AND EXTERNAL PAINT WORKS OF TWO (2) HOSTEL BLOCKS FOR KPLC AT IESR NAIR0BINairobi County.

The Proposed Repair and Replacement of Roof and External Paint Works for two (2) hostel blocks at IESR is a refurbishment project valued at Ksh. 10,950,476.76, aimed at improving the structural integrity, safety, and aesthetic quality of the facilities.

PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ALONG COMMUNITY ROAD IN SYOKIMAU,Machakos County.

The Proposed Residential Development at Syokimau, is a modern housing project aimed at delivering a well-designed, functional, and aesthetically appealing residential unit within one of Machakos fast-growing suburban areas. The development focuses on creating a comfortable and spacious living environment, incorporating contemporary architectural design, quality construction materials, and essential amenities suited for modern family living.

PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (mAISONETTE) AT KATANI, Machakos County.

Proposed residential maisonette, a personal project in the Syokimau Katani area of Machakos County, commenced in July 2025 and is scheduled for completion in December 2025. The project is intended to provide modern and comfortable personal housing.

PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF STAFF HOUSES, GATE, GATE HOUSE AND EXTERNAL WORKS AT VOI PRISONS,Taita taveta County.

The Proposed Construction of Staff Houses, Gate, Gate House, and External Works at Voi Prison (Contract No. NO.KR/SCM/056/2022-2023) is a Kenya Railways Corporation project awarded to a joint Venture Between Jakimo Infrastructure East Africa Limited and Scope Project Limited at a contract sum of Ksh. 54,000,000. 

The site was officially handed over on 16 October 2025, with construction commencing on 17 October 2025 for a contract duration of 48 weeks. The project involves developing residential staff housing, a main gate, a gate house, and associated external works to enhance living conditions, security, and operational efficiency within Voi Prison.

PROPOSED REHABILITATION AND AUGMENTATION OF THE EXISTING KALAWA WATER TREATMENT WORKS Makueni County.

The proposed Rehabilitation and Augmentation of the Existing Kalawa Water Treatment Works in Makueni County (Project No. C0239/FY25) is a World Vision-funded infrastructure initiative awarded to Jakimo Infrastructure (E.A) Ltd at a contract price of Ksh. 10,383,399.00 (Ten Million, Three Hundred and Eighty-Three Thousand, Three Hundred and Ninety-Nine Kenyan Shillings Only). 

The project commenced on 8 October 2025, with a contract signing date of 22 October 2025, and is scheduled to run for a duration of 16 weeks, targeting completion on 28 January 2026.The project aims to improve the efficiency, capacity, and reliability of the Kalawa Water Treatment Works to ensure enhanced water supply services for the community.

TWAANDU WATER PROJECT: MBIUNI-NGAKAA RISING MAIN Makueni County.

The Twaandu Water Project: Mbiuni–Ngakaa Rising Main (Contract No. NO/CO218/FY25) is a World Vision–funded initiative awarded to Jakimo Infrastructure (E.A) Ltd at a contract sum of Ksh. 24,300,000.00 (Twenty-four million, three hundred thousand shillings only). The project site was officially handed over on 11th September 2025, with works commencing on 12th September 2025 for a contract duration of 12 weeks and a scheduled completion date of 4th December 2025.
